Location was excellent. I've been in and out of Panama since 1971 this area is finally accessible with a great place to stay and eat. Surfing is fantastic, intermediate to advanced, with "no" strong under-toe current at beach which is right in front of the hotel. The owner has about 25 "high quality" new surfboards to rent for every level of surfer. Rooms are big with a balcony, Good AC, back up generators, VERY CLEAN, plenty of hot water, clean spacious bathrooms, internet is great. Jungle comes right to the Hotel with a plenty of birds and Howler monkeys about in the trees. Hikes to National Parks in the area, Cebaco Island snorkeling, and turtle farm tours can easily be arranged. They have a bar with a wide selections of libations. Now is the time to go before the place gets discovered!!!

We visited in the month of May 2022 by chance and we feel such a good vibe from Mike, the owner, that we do not hesitate to return in November 2022. An incredible experience in terms of the varied gastronomy that Mike offers us. The talent and passion for quality cuisine and the complacency of its diners, incredible sensations. - Location: fantastically situated on a cape overlooking the Pacific Ocean, next to a pristine jungle beach just for yourself and 3 km to the surf spot at Playa Morillo. The property is reached on a 3 km long private gravel road, doable with a normal car if you drive slowly and on the side of the road. - Property and rooms: a beautiful pool, huge rooms with a private touch - The owner Gaby is a delight. Always smiling, preparing food. Incredible that she carved this property out of the jungle when she arrived in 2006.
