We loved this apartment! The location was perfect. Everything was provided by the host that was needed for our stay. Detailed check-in and check-out instructions were given so the process was very easy.

We stayed here for the Final Four and it was the perfect location. Easy access to everything! Also appreciated the number of bath towels provided 👍🏼

Customer service is the best.

This was my first time in Indianapolis, and the only interaction I had with staff was the person who worked at the front desk. The staff was very hospitable and helpful, my room was excellent and the staff did an excellent job. I have no complaints. The room was huge and comfortable and my stay was like a vacation even though I was there for a conference. Thank you so much for a huge and comfortable room. Service and accommodations were a 10 plus! Thank you

Great location, very clean, staff were very helpful, breakfast was great

I chose this hotel because it was located within walking distance from the transit center, intercity bus stop, and Gainsbridge Fieldhouse. The member of staff checking me in was more than polite and the complimentary water bottles were more than helpful, as there aren't many convenience stores or pharmacies nearby. There are more than enough restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel. I would not hesitate staying here again.

The staff was friendly, personable and helpful for out of towners. They provided great customer service and even able to joke around a little.
