Residence Inn by Marriott Indianapolis Keystone, JW Marriott Indianapolis, and Hampton Inn & Suites Indianapolis-Keystone, IN got great room view-related reviews from travelers in Indianapolis.
I traveled for a convention, but was disappointed in the hotel hidden fees and price increases. Be aware of these if you are on a tight budget. Embassy Suites on Washington Street held an additional $300 ($75 per room, per night) for incidentals. I was not able to access my money until the Tuesday after my trip. Parking fees were raised from $28 per night to $44 per night. I booked my stay in early April and was quoted $28 per night. They increased parking to $44 per night on May 1st. I felt I should be charged the rate that it was at the time of the booking, but they refused
Parts of it were great and parts of it weren't. There were some roads between our hotel on Rockville Rd. and downtown that were in really bad shape. We came to see a Pacers game, and that made the whole trip great!
I've been to Indy a number of times, and know the downtown area fairly well now. I like it -- good restaurants, good city to walk on, architecturally fairly attractive. But this stay was short, and built around attending a private part in Westfield.
We had booked our room and seemed to be fine, both myself and my roommate both are smokers, and we had went outside to smoke many times throughout our stay there. When we came in we would leave our ciggeretts laying by the door even the ones we had only smoked half of.Waiting till next time we went out to finish them. And the next morning one of the staff members came to the door, and knocked on the door with one knock and then just came on in within seconds of hitting the door once. Not giving no one time to answer it and I was getting dressed, the room was already paid for so no reason to come in anyways. Then within 15 minutes we were told to get out for smokeing in the room and gave us 15 minutes to do so. When the other roommate was in the shower at that time, and then kept our deposit.Wouldnt listen to nothing when they could clearly see we were in and out on there own cameras to smoke. So I feel like that's something they do regular to keep people's money. And to test that there I had someone else stay at that hotel and they was in the same room, they went outside a few times and back in. The next morning they done my friend the exact same way and kept her deposit as well and said she had smoked in the room.gave her 15 min to vacate also. The difference was she has never smoked a cigerette in her life..and she was the only person staying in the room. So no I would not recommend this hotel there thief. AND they didn't serve Breakfast like they say they do.
Road construction everywhere. Few through streets in good jape. Traffic is horrible. Pot holes big enough to park a bus in. Poor city planning. Downtown so congested we could not park. Two parking garages full. Decided to drive to Greenfield to Thai restaurant as we spent 40 minutes trying to park downtown. At Fairgrounds for dog show. Heavy police presence with limited access to unloading areas and again had to park blocks from the west pavillion. Exhausted just trying to navigate Indianapolis
This was the worst Marriott I've ever stayed at . Not only is the location horrible, no hot water and the fire alarm kept going off. I specifically choose Marriott for 4 star treatment. It was the opposite. It was one star at best. Fyi I travel often and if it's a good hotel. I give a good review also. Very disappointed and upset .
The hotel was awesome! The room was so nice and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was so pleasent and comfortable and had everything we needed. Everytime you walked in the hotel you smelled bleach...it was extremely clean. They even let us check in early because we arrived much earlier than we thought. It made the whole trip worth it. I will stay there every time I come to Indianapolis.
Indianapolis
It is just what I was looking for. Large room with microwave and mini fridge and an office space. Henry the day shift front desk is very nice and warm. There is a key card for each room plus an indoor security door guard. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would like to stay in a quiet and safe place in Indianapolis.
The ladies at the front desk were really nice and it was very easy to check in. I got a king size room and the space was great and it was clean. The area is nice and about 20 minutes away from the mall area and 9 minutes away from downtown. If we come back to Indianapolis we are for sure going to stay here again.
Very nice feel to the hotel and rooms. Welcoming and attractive. Cute kitchen. Bedroom clean and cozy. Two TVs are nice. Front desk was so friendly and helpful! Quiet. Convenient to downtown without being in the thick of it. Having breakfast and happy hour are always a plus.
Parking was convenient. With the exception of the noise problems mentioned above, the hotel was quiet. Despite being near the airport, plane noise was minimal. The staff were generally very friendly and helpful. A free shuttle operates to and from the airport for guests.
Everything was Very clean , V the Hotel Staff lady was very nice.. We hope to Return Again Soon Beds Were VERY Comfortable .. Miss them Already..:) Whenever your In town Stay at The Baymont inn Indianapolis in College Park on 92nd Street ..
This hotel was absolutely stunning. Every little detail was thought of. The garage right across the street was so convenient. 10/10 would recommend. If I ever find myself in Indianapolis again, I will have to stay here again.
Hotel was clean, breakfast was good. Nice location, staff was friendly. Good size refrigerator and had a microwave in room. About a 15 minute drive to downtown. Nice place to stay for the weekend.

Located right off Michigan Street and nearby the Bottleworks in the heart of Indianapolis. Well decorated and period furnished. Loads of common areas to use. Bedrooms and beds are excellent.
Excellent customer service on the front desk and the hotel location is ideally close to the airport. No messing about with a vehicle parking pass here - free parking means free parking :)
Indianapolis
Room was HUGE, clean, and very comfortable. Building is historic but has all the modern conveniences. Staff is very helpful. Hotel seems secluded yet is close to shops and restaurants.
Room was exceptionally clean, and amenities were good. There were no vermin. They promptly returned my deposit on my credit card. The room was crazy cheap at $57 total for one night.
The hotel was super nice and very calming. My kids and I loved it and I love the service. They also had a super nice gym.
