great food and very friendly staff, the chimney was on and there were social areas available around it, so we spent a cozy night enjoying the fire and the tasty treats

The host - Evi - is a wonderful person. The rooms are clean and the food was some of the best we had in all of Albania. She is a one-person show, and you can tell she cares a lot and is working very hard. The kids loved lounging in the hammocks, the views were stunning and relaxing, and garden is a cute, eclectic selection. My whole family loved staying here!

Loved everything about the place. It's a quaint home with splendid views of the ocean. Pretty Bougainville flowers to welcome you everyday. The hosts are the kindest people we met in Albania. From offering us coffee every morning to helping us arrange a trusted taxi for any movement. It's a centrepoint for the old town and the beach. They have a lovely garden with various fruits growing and Mr.Dago offered them to us as well.

The peace and quite, cleanliness and location, with Ilias being in between both Jali and Dhermi beachis just 15 mins from bith of them by car.

We were very happy with our stay! Everything perfect, super clean, new furniture, parking lot. Supermarket, restaurants and bakery around the place. We could see that every detail was made with love. Very kind and sympathetic staff. We recommend it for sure!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Xheko Rooms. The room was spacious and spotless. The view from the balcony was spectacular. The owners were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable.

Exceptional place! Highly recommend this place of you're looking for a quiet place surrounded by beautiful nature. It's a small business which runs by hosts family. All facilities were built by them. You can expect a very warm and friendly warning by hosts and 100% cleanliness in rooms. Highly recommend it.

Visited from New York as a group of 3. The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable with lots of sunlight exposure. The front yard was exceptional!!

the property is very beautiful and has a wonderful sea view. the room is large, with a beautiful balcony and simple and pleasant decor. Mario and his family are very good people and welcome guests as friends. Breakfast is delicious and served in the garden. Without a doubt the best place we stayed in Albania.
