We absolutely loved this hotel! Every detail of the house was created with so much love and care. Everything was very clean, new, and beautifully maintained. The hosts were incredibly caring, attentive, and wonderful people. The property was surrounded by beautiful greenery, and having coffee and breakfast on the balcony was a real pleasure. Fascinating views to Byurakan gorge and non stop sound of river. Very comfortable mattress and pillows, new renovation. Breakfast was great with 2 hot dishes, jams and greens although too much amount of food per person, I think.

We were very lucky to stay in Ashtarak at Lusine and her husband’s stylish new house. The room was very cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lovely interior, comfortable beds and everything needed for a relaxing stay. In the morning, an incredible view of Ararat was waiting for us from the terrace. The property also has a beautiful little garden with fruit trees. We felt so happy and comfortable here. Thank you so much
