Super hotel. Parking a car in front of hotel. Nice delicious breakfast. Beds are comfortable and the room was clean. We would like to recommend staying at this hotel.

That was our second visit, 1st was few years ago. Everything was great, cosy and comfy. Definitely we will visit again.

Excelent location, perfectly suite to see the Gyumri city. Very good rich breakfast. Be aware there is no windowin room, it has window on roof and it can be opened/closed from room by turning on /off switch in room.

All is good. Very fresh renovation

Clean room. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was comfortable and very clean, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. Breakfast was delightful, featuring not only a great variety but also some delicious Gyumri-related sweets, which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. On top of that, the staff was incredibly attentive and caring, always ready to help. We highly recommend this hotel!

Great place - clean, good location, nice staff. Facilities are new and good quality. Very quiet. Overall a great stay in Gyumri. Thank you!

Breakfast was really nice. And the lady at the breakfast was super

The young receptionist was so sweet and polite. He personally showed me the room and explained everything, even the details about the fridge. Such thoughtful and professional service! The staff are lovely, the hotel is clean, and everything gets my approval.

Very nice hotel. We stayed at Hotel Gyumri overnight and after a horrible experience, we moved to Nane. Very nice hotel

Clean property , location ,delicious breakfast and very peaceful atmosphere.

The place and area were great. The apartment was really nice and had a beautiful view. The staff were excellent—they helped us immediately whenever we needed anything. There are plenty of things to do around the hotel, including cafés, restaurants, and nice places to walk and relax.

Excellent choice hotel. Perfect location near the square and sights. Room was small but has everything we needed. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a nice spread with fruit cheese and meats and few hot dishes.

Location was perfect In the heart of Gyumri Very nice and friendly owner He helped us in everything we needed to know!

The staff was amazing and the rooms were very clean

The staff was one of the bests I’ve ever seen! The boys working in the reception were the nicest and the most hospitable personal there is!

I really liked everything about this hotel . The hotel is in the center is very clean and the staff there is very friendly and very nice . Also their breakfast is very simple and very tasty . The price also very good for for this hotel and for the location . And comparing with other options it was less than the other . Also I had a situation which I booked two rooms non refundable instate of one room. And when I contacted the hotel they agreed to cancel one room without charging me anything. I highly recommend it to stay there .

Hotel and the city overall was excellent, will definitely visit again. Friendly people, good meal.

Everything was good. Great place, friendly stuff, everything seems to be new, clean and had all we needed. I strongly recommend it.
