The quantity and the food was very good

Everything in this hotel is amazing from the staff to the facilities 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained, and everything felt cozy and pleasant. I also really enjoyed the breakfast there was a good variety and everything was fresh and tasty.

Nice vintage interior, they seem they take care well about old stuff which is valuable and it was not humid and cold inside despite the climate outside

🇺🇸 It is the best hotel in the area to meet and celebrate the holidays. The staff is very caring, the rooms are sparkling clean, and the clean and healthy mountain air immediately comes to your room. The kitchen and bar work great, you can order anything you want, and if possible, they will prepare it for you, serving it with high professionalism. And the opportunity to exercise in the morning and ride a bike complete the good impressions of the KareNo hotel. By the way, Karen and Norayr's mother wonderfully welcomes and sees off the guests like the best relative.

The cottage was just perfect for our family with 2 adults and 3 kids. A fireplace and Christmas tree made a perfect Christmas stay for us. Great restaurants in Tsaghadzor with plenty of activities around (zipline, buggy, ski, etc). The staff was very reactive and helpful to all the requests. Thank you.

Great rooms. Good breakfast. Very nice people. Close to everything. Always helping. I recommend ++++ very good prices.

Fantastic facilities. Games room, Sauna. Very welcome for us because of the kids. Rooms were comfortable, well heated and clean. Marine was really great at organizing things for us e.g. drops and pick ups to the Ski lifts Breakfast was decent.

Services are too good and staff is very cooperative.

Loved the hotel - nice location (a quiet location, and 15 min walk from the center) and nice staff. A view with a balcony would be even greater but still it was a nice experience overall.

They are very friendly, I came last year and again this year ,I advise everyone to come there
