This is one of the best hotle that I live during my stay in Yerevan, The Manager Nairi very respectful, he answer us within the same day of booking, he was supportive with our requests of late check out, other staff are so kind, smiling and helpful, breakfast food was perfect and kitchen services was also prefect and staff are very good as well, they even happy to serve you with additional food or drinks if you don’t like the Buffet…… the room was big and good, also the dinner in resturant was testy and nice

The best hotel! We originally planned to stay for just two nights, but everything was so wonderful that we ended up extending our stay for another week. They allowed us to remain in the same room, which made our extended stay even more comfortable and convenient. The staff are truly exceptional - friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel has a great atmosphere, huge swimming pool and amazing restaurant. A big thank you to Arshak and Karen.

Excellent price for a room with a private shower and toilet. You won't find anything like this anywhere in the city. Great location next to the park. The room has a mini fridge, table, kettle, mug, towels, and air conditioning. There's a small window and a mini mirror opposite the window. A double bed and pillows. These are new rooms and have been rented out not long ago. Overall, it's a great choice for one night.

The owner's family is super friendly. The owner's son and the driver picked me up at the airport near midnight and helped me settle in, which saved me a lot of hassle.

It is spacious and clean and very pretty inside. It has a majestic round pool with the view of mount Ararat. Actually We went there for the pool for our nephews and nieces. The children were very happy.

Everything was totally fine, owners are very friendly. Calm and nice area . Apartment is very clean and comfortable

I like the ,food , location and price They have exceptional receptionist his name is Narek he facilitated a lot of things and really was real supportive and he speaking English very well I really thank him and give the high rate for his way of meet new tourists at the same time Some of the staff are not trained enough on tourism culture and they don't even speak English ,My advise that they need to smile and answer when you tell them good morning 😄

I like this place. Each visit I stay here. Old,, but still alive 5* stars hotel, clean, extremely friendly.

Very neat and clean family friendly, honest staffs

So good for comfortable and quiet sleeps at nights. I enjoyed working remotely with panoramic views over the canyon and amazing sunset views. Backyard also provides nice outdoor sitting area to work or just chiĺl out. Staff was polite and helpful. Housekeeping helped me with laundry at 24h turnaround with reasonable extra fees. The location is fine especially in spring time with full blossom of lilacs, apricot trees and cherry trees all across the street. Large supermarkets Aygedzor or SAS at 10 min walk. It takes you 5 min ride to the center with lots of cafes and walking routes.

I totally loved the vibe of this place. The people were super helpful. The food was amazing local cuisine. Wifi was great. They helped me with booking my airport transfer at midnight and also were there to make sure I didn't have any problem as I was traveling solo.

I had a wonderful stay at La Defense Hotel. The rooms were lovely, clean, and very spacious, which made the whole experience extremely comfortable and relaxing. The hotel itself has a great atmosphere, and everything was well-maintained. What truly made the stay exceptional was the staff — they were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and professional throughout. A special thank you to Anna for her kindness, friendliness, and support. She really went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again!

I always choose to stay at this hotel when I am in Yerevan, and it is always a wonderful experience. The staff is absolutely amazing and works together incredibly well. You can truly see the mutual respect, teamwork, and love they have for each other, which creates such a positive and welcoming atmosphere for the guests. There is always a genuine smile on their faces, and they are always happy to help (a special thank you to Suzy at the reception!). Highly recommended, 5 stars without a doubt

The breakfast was basic, but it was my expectation that it would be authentic.

I liked breakfast and staffs were so kind, location was 25 mins by car until city center clean rooms. A little cold for this time.

Nice little hotel. Very spacious rooms and clean. Value for money stay in Yerevan.

Very nice and warm feels like family stay instead of usual hotel stays

Affordable place in Yerevan, considering it is just 10 minutes walk to Barekamutyun Metro Station. I also don’t understand why the reviews are not high enough, the staff are lovely.
