Remoteness. Everywhere was silent and had amazing views. We took a late-night drunk-walk in the mountain nearby. During the day we swam and did BBQ in the plastic above-ground pool (Yes, the pool is above-ground and plastic, but it was very nice)

the place is amazing and exactly what we were looking for. it is in the middle of nowhere (be careful, UCom does not have Network there and inexperienced drivers with a normal car might break stuff) and absolutely worth the effort getting there. the staff is providing an important role to bears in Armenia and you quite literally "sleep with bears". don't be afraid the biggest of their dogs is a literal bear but only wants cuddles.

Location was good. Facilities clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Parking on street in front of hotel. WIFI worked well. Staff spoke English which was helpful. It was a fairly short drive back to Yerevan in the morning.
