Very cozy family-run hotel with fantastic mountain views. Nice welcome and treat by the owners. The hotel is super clean, the owners make an extra effort with daily news leaflet pointing out local attractions, weather forecast and similar. Great food - rich breakfast buffet and very tasty dinner (choice between two main courses - meat or vegetarian). Easy parking. Will return for sure.

Perfect location for nature lovers. Awesome views guaranteed: panorama of mountains and villages down there. We stayed only for one night, but even then we managed to use the advice the owner gave us to visit the old wooden church built on the rock (20 minutes walk from the place). Rooms are comfortable. There is a restaurant, so you can order lunch/dinner, not only breakfast which was quite tasty by the way. In the morning you can meet cows, goats and sheep walking freely around the hotel. The entrance to the steep road to the hotel is normally paid, but you will get the card during your stay, so it will be free for you.

Really nice family hotel in a beautiful location above Schladminng. Very pleasant pesonal and extreme cleanliness of the whole area. In addition, really great cooking, so we recommend to buy breakfast and dinner and taste. Swimming is in a natural lake a short walk from the hotel, unusual but well integrated throughout the complex. The great thing is that parking is largely under the roof.

Hotel is situated on slopes - right for skiing. Breakfast was excelent with a great choice, and staff were very kind. In winter time - snow chains are necessary.

This was our second stay, and we will definitely be coming back again. The hotel is brand new, beautifully and tastefully designed with great attention to detail throughout. The breakfasts are excellent, offering both a rich buffet and à la carte options, which seem to have expanded since our last visit. The rooms are comfortable, and the wellness area is lovely, featuring two saunas and an outdoor heated pool. Having private parking directly at the hotel is also a great advantage. The staff truly stand out — they are exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help, with a very positive attitude. We also appreciated their good level of English, which made communication easy.

This hotel is amazing. It was our 3rd stay, and we already have the next reservation. Perfect location whether its summer time for hikes, or skiing in the winter. YOu can litterarly ski in to the hotel. Great food quality and variety, also perfect options for kids. We loved the suite we had, views to the Dachstein and also the deers on the hill side, you just dont want to leave from here. Great sauna options, and the kids loved the kids club. Nice evening music entertainment. And the wooden yoga house!!! I could live in there :). Amazing views around.

Good location, next to the Church with authentic morning bells. Great restaurant menu. Christmas Eve was fulfilled of local traditions and songs, atmosphere was very homely. Each room received a Christmas present from the hotel.

Excellent food, friendly staff, great sauna. 5minutes to Hauser Kaibling cable car. wifi connection good enough for tv watching.

The staff, vibe and location as well as the breakfast! Also the size of the room and bathroom were impressive, we had a garden room.

The hotel was exceptional! The rooms may be basic, but they are equipped with everything you need, clean, and very well-maintained. The staff was always friendly and ready to assist with anything. The spa was an amazing experience – of very high quality, spacious, clean, and relaxing. It was clear that the hotel paid attention to every small detail to ensure a perfect experience. It's worth noting that the spa is nude-only, which might be unfamiliar to some, but once you get over the initial hesitation, it’s an unforgettable experience. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff was courteous and welcoming. An excellent experience all around – we’ll definitely be back!
