Sauna Wellness area was clean and easy accessible, very quiet location also thank you desk lady for upgrading my room as I booked for two people but I was solo 🙏

Food was fresh, tasty a lot to choose from. Very good bread and croissants.

Amazing staff gave us plenty of tips and were always friendly and accommodating even when we arrived later in the evening

Excellent hotel the staff were very friendly and helpful. The meal in the restaurant was fabulous and sitting eating outside was lovely. Breakfast was fine despite it being near train line this never bothered us and we had good nights sleep. Would return

Nice location in the woods. Room was in house next to main pension. Very spacious with kitchen corner, terace and resting area. Connection via tram is quick and easy

This is a great hotel beautifully presented, parking and just a few hundred metres walk to the old town through parkland. The only thing better were the staff who are very friendly and so helpful. It was a very hot while we were there so the indoor pool was a real bonus.

Everything was as we desired. The hotel parking is nicely situated in front of the hotel and in between buildings. A very professional lady at the reception gave us a very warm welcome and explained in detail everything we needed to know about our stay, room and the hotel. Enjoyed at the bar an excellent local Puntigamer beer which was recommended by a very professional lady at the bar. The entrance, lobby, reception desk, bar, shop and restaurant are very nicely designed and arranged. The room and bathroom are very tidy and perfectly clean. The beds are very comfortable, the linen is good quality and the towels are soft. Slept like a baby. :) The breakfast is so perfect that you have to experience it yourself. The girl at the reception at check-out professionally explained all details regarding our hotel bill prior to payment. I will definitely come again as soon as I am in that part of Austria. Friendly staff, clean, enough space, cool, all good.

The location. I had easy access to every tourist spot.

The bathroom was beautifully renovated, the shower head had good pressure and felt good. Bed was comfortable - all in all a very clean inviting room. Staff were very helpful - the breakfast was great, so much variety of food to choose from and the dining area had a nice atmosphere.

We really liked the hotel, it is special and different, the staff is extremely friendly, everything is very clean and tidy, and the breakfast is excellent.

The building was new, very well designed and clean. We also had the opportunity to one earlier and store our luggage’s for free. The host answered when we needed. This hotel room was the best value for money room I have ever stayed at. Very big room comfortable beds and great location. We also really appreciated the coffee coins! We suggest that 100%. There is also a vending machine inside the building for snacks and water.
