The hotel was amazing! We booked at the last minute, yet the owners were ready and waiting to welcome us. Everything looked spotless and newly refreshed. The hosts were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. The surrounding area is perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in nature.

Amazing stay! We loved it! I stayed there with my family 2nd time and it was extraordinary stay as always! Delicious breakfasts and very nice staff members.

Spa was excellent. Food good, staff lovely

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is really good with a huge selection of food and drinks. There is a nice forest park right beside the building with lots of funny things to do with children. The staff was really friendly and the restaurant of the hotel is also good. Convenient location to explore the Schneeberg - Rax area.

Nice new little hotel. Special thanks to Yasmin at reception. She helped make our holiday amazing.

Clean. Friendly and very helpful staff.

Perfect location, easy parking. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean and nicely decorated place. Dinner was extremely delicious! Good sortiment for breakfast too. Great vibes! Feels like home ❤ Highly recommended!

Friendly, professional staff. Great location. Really good bed and blanket and modern facilities.

Exceptional 7-Star Service & Stunning Asian Design! I Highly Recommend! The hotel design is absolutely beautiful with an authentic Asian style, and all the facilities are top-notch. The variety at both breakfast and dinner is impressive and caters to every taste. However, what truly sets this hotel apart—deserving a 7-star rating—is the service. The restaurant staff are on a whole other level of professionalism and elegance. It is crystal clear that management invests heavily in their team to reach this standard of perfection. I highly recommend this hotel, and it is truly a remarkable experience!

Great breakfast and lovely pond area to chill out.

We loved the room, the surroundings, the staff, and the breakfast. I absolutely adore this place. We’ve been coming here for almost 10 years now, but we actually stayed here even before 2010 – and we loved it back then as well.

The very Zentral Wiener Neustadt . The parking procedure is very friendly and no problem at all. At least at the and of April. The breakfast was not five star but good enough unless one wants other hot ones other than scrambled eggs. I did’t try though. There were traces of vegetables so a big plus 😁 all in all everything is very guests oriented . Thank you.

Quiet and fine for a one night stay
