Hotel is located very close to ski lift (6-7 minutes by foot or just 2 minutes by local village bus which goes every 15 minutes), they provide rich breakfast with real Italian coffee, sauna and infrared cabin is included in accommodation rate which gives full relaxation after skiing. Modern and stylish design of the rooms and hotel in light colours with bright accents let to feel energised and powerful. Helpful and charming personnel ready to assist with every quest requests. Highly recommended to visit and feel Austrian hospitality.

We had a great stay with our 1yr old daughter and dog. The food is excellent, both breakfast and dinner menu. The wellness is also very nice and quite extensive. There is a kabelbahn on walking distance. It's a great hotel to explore the Gastein valley. What may be good to know for families with small children is that the wellness may be closed. You can then use the wellness of a nearby swimming pool. I understand that they do it this way, but in our instance with a young child it would be easier to be able to use the wellness inside the hotel.

All the little extra touches and efforts were amazing. Like extra glasses, coffee maker, robes, bag to carry towels to the therme. The breakfast and staff were amazing. They even got me non dairy alternatives . I highly recommend. .

The hotel is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The room had a spacious terrace, and during the summer nights it was pleasantly cool for sleeping. The gondola is located right next to the hotel, which is extremely convenient. The staff were kind, friendly, and always willing to help.

An absolute perfection of a hotel!!! Family run with so much love and pride! No idea where to begin… our room, or more to say: an apartment, was beautifully positioned overlooking the Dorfgastein valley. It was so comfortable in every way. We spent Christmas here and it was magical! The hotel organised a celebration with singing carols and champagne on Christmas Eve. Gifts too! Felt like being part of the family. We met so many people at the party, many of them come visit every year. Spa area was exquisite!!! I can talk about it until tomorrow, it was a dream! Thank you for such an amazing stay, can’t wait to be back♥️

It is just incredible place and the food is worth of 5 stars hotel . The restaurant was amazing and the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Thank to Claudia for organizing the transport and all spa procedures. It was my second time and I definitely can call this place as paradise on the Earth.

The room was a true oasis of relaxation. The fireplace adds a warm, cozy atmosphere, perfect for chilly evenings, and the in-room bathtub is pure indulgence – ideal after a day spent outdoors. The services were impeccable from start to finish. The staff is extremely friendly, attentive, and always ready to help without being intrusive. I truly felt welcomed and well taken care of. The food was excellent – fresh ingredients, delicious dishes, and generous portions. Every meal felt like a culinary experience of its own. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and top-notch hospitality in a breathtaking mountain setting. I will definitely return!

Beautiful hotel with a great wellness area. Very good breakfast & dinner. Perfect place for ski holidays. A lot of entertainment activities in the evening. Every morning hotel visitors received a brochure with most important information about the weather and other daily activities

We have been coming to this place for many years and we have grown to love this hotel. It meets everything we need on holiday and at a high level. The owners are very friendly and even after so many years we have nothing to complain about. We always enjoy our stay very much, thank you very much, we will be very happy to come back again.

The location was excellent. So was the breakfast, the staff, the yoga, the sauna and the gym. We also enjoyed excellent dinners and had great drinks at the restaurant/bar on several days during the week – everything was great! I also have to mention the tasteful interior and design, both in the rooms and in the common areas.

Cozy hotel in the middle of the city center with a very pleasant atmosphere and beautiful decoration. Very nice owner, smiling all the time. Helpful staff, great breakfast. Also our small dog was welcome. The hotel is very pet friendly. We rate everything as excellent and wish this lovely hotel luck and other satisfied visitors.

Reconstructed spa, ofc direct access to Alpentherme. Very polite and nice staff in restaurant, even with 2 small kids, they were friendly and quick! High standard dinner.

The hotel was fantastic and really added to our overall experience in Bad Hofgastein. The breakfast was very good, with a wide choice of fresh food to suit everyone. Dinner in the evenings was top class, and service was very friendly and courteous. The direct access to the Alpentherm Spa is a wonderful bonus when staying at this hotel. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel thoroughly, and look forward to returning to this area and hotel.
