Excellent hotel. Staff is very friendly. We had half-board. For breakfast lot of choices, dinner 5 courses and delicious. Good choice of wine. You receive also Stubai Super Card which allows you to visit lot of places for free and use also cable cabins for free. To glacier and other places for hiking.

We were greeted by a nice receptionist, who gave us all the necessary info. The property was located right at the center of Neustift, with grocery stores, ski equipement rentals, sport stores, 2 or 3 restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was clean, very nice, fully equipped, perfect. As for the hotel area, which is about 3 minute walk from the apartment, they served excellent breakfast and the restaurant area was very nice and cozy. We didn't try dinner at the hotel, but I assume it would be very good too. Wellness and saunas area was also very nice. There were fruits & snacks available to fill up your energy after taking sauna. There is a beautiful relaxing room with a view on the garden and we could also enjoy resting outside, in the garden. We really enjoyed our stay at the apartments & the hotel.

The "ski in ski out" possibility is great. There are so variety of ski lifts/routes. Ski shop is just located inside the hotel, it is very easy to hire a your ski/snowboard from there. The staff in the shop are extremely helpful and friendly. The food option (both in breakfast/dinner) and service quality was amazing. There were so many wine options.
