Great customer service and free bike rental.

Thanks for hospitality, everything was so great. Food was delicious. Room is so big, clean and feeling warm. People are so kind, definitely I can recommend to everyone.

Well located close to the commercial area. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, had a full kitchen, the view from the balcony was beautiful. The apartment is recently renovated so was modern and well decorated, looks better than the pictures on the hotel profile.

Great spot. Newer building. Great room. Great washroom. Great breakfast.

Newly remodeled. Wonderful staff who greeted us and helped us throughout our stay. The room was stunning and clean with high ceilings and a great view. A lovely breakfast was served in the morning. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. They helped us to find the boat that would take us across the lake to Hallstatt and explained how to catch the bus at the end of the day back to their hotel. The staff actually went above and beyond to help us.

Very good place that you can relax

The rooms were very clean, and there was plenty of space for all of us.

The room itself was clean and spacious. The location was very good for exploring the area, and free parking was convenient. Breakfast was quite good.

The managers/owners were great! Coleen helped when she can..chatting with residents and helping with everything we needed. One detail we very much appreciated was when they told us a day before to try to arrive in daytime if we are not used to mountain driving. The drive definitely needed daylight.

酒店在碼頭旁，無論往返及遊覽都十分方便，套房露台能清晰看到湖上景緻。

Excellent hotel in Gosau ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Gosau. The hotel is of a very high standard, in a beautiful location with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious with a great variety of options. There are also plenty of activities for children, which made the stay especially enjoyable for our family. A beautiful hotel, excellent service, great food and a perfect location. We highly recommend it! Thank you for a wonderful stay! ❤️

Lovely family place, well priced, simple, and absolutely spotless. Amazing views of the mountains. Really nice friendly service and the sweetest ladies running the place, great meal and super breakfast. The beds was SO comfy!!!

The friendliness of the staff, very good kids activities. Despite being very kids oriented, it had the quiet vibe. We got dark room on very noisy site and we really appreciated the upgrade for the following nights. It was just perfect. We and our kids loved it all. Food was great, bfast awesome.

We stayed here because we couldn’t find a family room in Hallstätt. We are so thankful it worked out that way. The service at the hotel was fantastic- especially Thomas. The breakfasts were all fresh and homemade everything. We had our own breakfast table reserved for us for the entire stay. Wonderful start to the day! The 4 course dinner was also delicious. Bad Goisern is absolutely lovely. The stream that the hotel is on is stunning. We went to halstatt for the day and all of us said it was so refreshing to come back to our hotel to be away from the touristy feel - although we did enjoy our day there and the salt mine tour. The next day we went on a beautiful bike ride (bikerworld was helpful) from Bad Goisern to Obertraun where we swam in the lake. Amazing! Overall, I would definitely stay here again! We especially loved that it felt like we saw the daily life of Austrians in BG as there was live music with the locals all of the nights we were there. Highly recommend BG and this hotel!

This is our second time here, the view is stunning! The staff is amazing and the hotel is clean. Definitely we will came back! Extra point that rent a bike is next door! 🙏

The hotel is located in the little main Square. It's beautiful! We got a room with view to the main square in the 2nd floor. It had a little balcony, we loved it! We stayed in the hotel in November (just before the freezing time). The town is "empty" after the last ferry so you will see few people after 6:30 pm so, your options to eat (dinner and breakfast) reduce a lot! This hotel is the one with restaurant available for dinner, many people that were staying in other places come to dinner in this hotel. The food and services were sooo good! The prices (obviously) are not cheap but neither crazy! Also, the breakfast is only for guest so, we saw people coming to and asked for breakfast, I think they didn't had that option in their staying places, consider this as a plus! The town doesn't have many options to eat, the options are very few and you can expect higher prices, prepare yourself with food (from where you are coming) or to pay higher prices. The staff was sooooooo friendly and helpful, they are everything! the same people are the waiters, the cleaning staff, Welcoming staff! all!

service and the location with the room is spacious and we loved it is in the middle of the town. thank you very much for the service provided

Great location, amazing view, nice sfaff

To begin the location is very nice and the I hotel is super clean and cozy not to forget the staff very friendly and helpful Will definitely come back with my family

Excellent location, room view was amazing, great hospitality. There was a small kitchenette with coffee and tea available at all times

The Koller Family is Once in a Generation (Although it's now their Second & Third 😉). In All Honesty, my Stay there was Perfect!! It felt like I'm in Heaven 🙌🌈 Gottfried, Manuela, Maximilian & Anna are Amazing Hosts!! So needless to say that I LOVED Everything!! The Kingdom of a House! The Room, the Magnificent Pool, the Food (Must ask for their Schnitzel & Gottfried's Signature - Michelin's Future Winner Soup 😋) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
