The location was fabulous. Really lovely staff. Pizzeria was delicious and fabulous chilled breakfast

Very clean, modern with a lovely view from the window. The staff at the hotel reception and the restaurant was super friendly and pleasant. Would stay there again! Thank you for everything :)

The hotel staff took such pride in maintaining a spotlessly clean property with a high standard of modern & comfortable fittings. The spacious room had living, sleeping & bathroom areas with a stunning private balcony view. This lovely view & the traditional touches of Austrian decor in public areas reiminded of the scenic historic area. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who also prided themselves in their service. Fresh & beautifully presented breakfast included. Private lakeside beach also available.

It was clean, breakfast had plenty of options, hosts were very nice.

Absolutely everything was marvellous! Dori, at check in, was so professional and welcoming! And Karina at the restaurant was very thoughtful and even made a call in to reception to ask them a question for me. Such kind, helpful staff and what a gorgeous property! We will definitely be back!

Everything! The accommodation is in the heart of the nature, that's the best part.

Wonderful area and hotel! The room are great and the view breathtaking! The breakfast is really nice - we didn’t have the chance to try the spa, but everything else was perfect 😍

Excellent breakfast and a wonderful atmosphere make me want to stay longer and I'm excited to return.

Perfect location, exceptional service

I don’t think a better hotel exists, it’s truly an exceptional experience. The pool/lake entrance is pure magic.

Warm welcome, friendly hard working staff, breakfast staff were excellent. The hotel is right in the middle of the town, great location. No parking on site but a public carpark is a few minutes walk away, you can unload your luggage outside the hotel quite easily. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone.

Everything was perfect — the location, cleanliness, and staff. The breakfast was very good. There were different kinds of tea by the pool, and we could take it anytime.
