A cosy hotel with very hospitable stuff and fantastic dinners. The spa is new, fresh and stylish. If it was a tiny swimming pool or a whirlpool, it would be perfect! Vent itself is an authentic small village with full of sheep, goats etc, we liked it much!

We really enjoyed our staying and we would like to come back again next winter. The food was exceptional and staff was very helpful, nice and accommodating. The sauna was very plesant after spending a whole day on the ski. Especially we loved the location of the hotel.

Breakfast was lovely, the rooms were lovely, dinner was lovely, the spa and sauna village were exceptional. The team who work at the hotel are amazing human beings and nothing is too much trouble. I have never tipped so much in my life and it was a pleasure to do so. The social lounge space was very welcoming and many hours were spent playing chess in front of the log fire before dinner. We enjoyed every second of our time at Post.

For skiing, location of hotel was perfect.

For skiing, location of hotel was perfect. However, ski slope options were few and mainly suitable for beginners of intermediate….dont ski hear if you are after a challenge. That said, Solden was only a 30min bus ride though timetable gave only limited options.

Vent is a very nice mountaineering village with lots of opportunities to hike and pass the time in a sensible way, so you can head for various alpine huts, eat very well there and return to the hotel to relax.

Vent is a small village all the way in the back of the...

Vent is a small village all the way in the back of the Otztall. It is amazing for mountain hiking. There isnt much in the village, but it is quiet and the surrounding is amazing. Do you want to go on hiking trips with active sporty kids its perfect. Are you and adult that wants challenging and big hikes, its perfect. Are you a beginning hiker, its perfect! Basically Vent has it all for mountain hiking.

Nice modernized hotel, that has kept some of the authentic Austria charm even after modernizing. Good facilities and a very kind and helpfull host. Absolutely worth the money. Had their vagauy burger one nigtht, and it was superb.
