Great people there, they understand Hospitality. I felt welcomed, as if I was staying at a private castle.

The breakfast was very good. Enjoyed dinner as well.

The room is a bare necessity room, and the bed was comfortable , linens fresh, and the room was clean.

Good location, good view, friendly service

Such a beautiful location and friendly staff.

The breakfast was wonderful. All the staffs are very friendly and kind. Dinner is delicious! The bed is very comfortable. Overall, I DIDN’T WANT TO LEAVE this hotel.

Clean, bright modern room, excellent breakfast

A unique hotel with an amazing view and friendly atmosphere. Great breakfast. Location is just perfect. Walking trails, petting zoo and so much nature away from the city.

First of all the room was very comfortable - it was big and with great spot to sit next to the window and look at the mountains and lake (room 46). The room and the facilities are very clean and the all staff both at the lobby and the restaurant are very friendly and eager to help and let you feel you are welcome. We used the gym which is very modern and techie - we liked that very much. The breakfast is amazing as it is very rich with a lot of verity - everything is so fresh. We also had two dinners at the hotel's restaurant and it was all very fresh and well cooked comparing to other restaurants in the area (which are good as well). The waiter was amazing - he provided great recommendations and was very friendly. I will be happy to go back and stay in this place for sure (and hopefully get the same room) !!!!!

Every thing was amazing, hospitality, hotel, location, staff, room!!

Friendly and professional staff, quality of food, room cleanses as well as the location

One of the best hotel i've ever stayed in. Everything was perfect. Room was clean, suspicous and warm while it was snowing outside with everything we need. View was breathtaking. Breakfast was amazing with the best view around. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I usually don't review hotels but this one was very special. Thank you!

My family is first time to Austria, you guys did a great job welcoming us, though they didn’t know German nor English. The hotel is just super, in the following aspects - Super clean in a old house - Friendly staffs - great breakfast and dinner - the location is just perfect, we can even listen to the summer concert just in the room

Incredible hotel right on the lake. I arrived early and my room wasn't ready, but I was escorted to the sauna where I changed clothes and relaxed on the private dock of the hotel and swam and relaxed while waiting. A welcome drink was a very nice added detail. Breakfast was delicious. Staff super kind. Lovely place.

Everything. The location, town, hotel, staff. Everything is providing a really good experience and a chance to rest.

Very quiet and clean. Excellent location and friendly host.
