The staff is really nice speaking in Italian with us, we felt welcome, and the attention to details like the handwritten (again in italian) welcome messages or communication were really appreciated. The SPA area is really good, modern, clean and with great relaxing area. Breakfast was rich and of good quality.

The facilities and personal was amazing

Hotel is new and well maintained. It is spotless, rooms are large and comfortable; very comfortable beds. Room had a balcony and was well appointed. With window closed it was quiet.. Hotel has a very nice spa with sauna, but no steam room or jacuzzi. No swimming pool. Multiple amenities like games, books, different sitting areas. Breakfast was very good with attentive staff.

We LOVED our stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff are very friendly and speak excellent English. I left something valuable behind, and they notified me right away. The room was wonderful! We loved having a balcony with a pretty view. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We picked the Half Board and we were glad we did! The 5 course dinner on the first night was FANTASTIC! We wish we could go back just to have the yummy dinner again! The fish with gnocchi was so good! A really fabulous meal! Breakfast the next morning was just as good! Lots of hot and cold items to choose from. We really enjoyed swimming in the large and beautiful pool. And the hot tub was also very nice! The included City Pass cards were a nice surprise. We used them to take a ride to the top of the nearby mountain on the ski lift. It was wonderful! The next time we are in town we will FOR SURE stay at this amazing place!

The hosts are wonderful. Easy and quick check in and out procedures. Facilities are clean, warm and recently renovated. Apartments are well equiped like being "at home" with everything you might need. Location is easy accessible, next to the main road with private and welll maintained parking. It's a calm place close to multiple ski resorts you can visit during the stay. Bakery and Billa market are in the proximity.

It is a walking distance from the chairlift, with easy accessible center of the town, for shopping, spa or entertainment. The spa in the hotel exceeded my expectations, it was really great. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful.

The food and beverage was excellent over the 4 nights I stayed there. The staff were professional and friendly. Lovely room with a balcony and view of the mountains.

It is a family owned and managed hotel and you can see the attention and love they put on it. Paradise for kids, from the kids area which is a two floor inside park to the spa for kids. Nice swimming pool and sauna area for adult. We had the experience of sauna with a true sauna master! Dinner has a generous buffet and the eggs area at breakfast is a must as well. You may need to learn a basic a German with some waiter but this just add to the characteristic environment.

Best food experience we had in 25 years of travelling, definetly worth the halfboard.
