River Motel has a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness center and bar in Barham. There is a barbecue and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. We had a three night stay at this property. It’s conveniently located in the town centre, with walking distance to everything. The room has a kettle, toaster so we had breakfast in the room. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean. The cleaning crew called in every morning to make up our beds and top up coffee, tea and sugars. I would recommend this motel.
Offering an outdoor pool and BBQ facilities, Acacia Rose Motor Inn is located in the center of town. All accommodations has a flat-screen TV. Free parking is provided. They were very caring staff such as making sure I get into the room when I was soaking wet from kayaking competition. It was very wet day.
The centrally located Barham Bridge Motor Inn offers an outdoor pool and a hot tub. All rooms offer a balcony. Guests enjoy free WiFi and free on-site parking. I asked for and was supplied with a comfortable recliner chair which suited my medical condition. Thank you.
Barham Colonial Motel is located in Barham and features barbecue facilities. Each room at the 3-star motel has pool views, and guests can enjoy access to a garden and to water sports facilities. the contact with Manager/owner was great we needed a late book in time which was not a problem he was very helpful the room was spotless and every thing worked Great stay
Compared to Swan Hill or Echuca, Barham is much quieter over the busy Holiday periods, which we loved. No wakeboard boats or loud ski boats on the river, just tinny's and kayaks. The towns of Barham and Koondrook have everything that you need for a week long stay! Great foot ovals, skate park and other areas for the kids.
The Murray River.!!!! I learnt to swim in the Murray and I achieved my Herald certificate in the pontoon at Echuca In the Murray. The Golf Course was in excellent condition. We eat the Club each evening and in general they were quite satisfactory except for one evening when we both had a chicken dish ($26) which was pretty ordinary as the the chicken was chewy and tough. Disappointing particularly the cost.

Easy town to walk around with river walk. Two hotels Royal Hotel exceptional meals, 2 supermarkets, 2 butchers and a bakery, 1 post office. Club Barham easy access with pokies and meals as well. People with good old fashioned friendleness. The Boarder Flywheel Museum a must and a golf course.
The town is well serviced with two supermarkets and a sports club. The park and walkway along the Murray River are interesting. The OP Shop sell good holiday reading. Numerous front gardens with profuse blooming rose bushes.
Barham, like any other country town these days, depends on generosity of tourists. Feel like you're giving something back to the community. Check out all the festivals and special events the local club offers, and if you love to dance, the floor is a great size!
They were very caring staff such as making sure I get into the room when I was soaking wet from kayaking competition. It was very wet day.
