⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Stay Ever – Beyond Expectations! We have stayed in many accommodations, but this one truly deserves the best review! It has everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay – a cozy and well-equipped cabin, a beautiful setting, and, most importantly, outstanding hospitality. We initially booked for three nights but had to extend day by day due to extreme weather and car troubles. Jenni, who manages the accommodation, was an absolute gem! She was incredibly helpful, flexible, and always available whenever we needed anything. Her kindness and support made all the difference, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a truly special experience. This place is a rare find, and we couldn’t have wished for a better stay. Thank you, Jenni, for everything – we will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Easy check, even though we arrived after check-in close. Quite. Comfortable good sized room. Close to a small shopping centre. Close to bus stop. Short walk through a lovely park to the water front, and the Bicentennial Walk to Airlie Beach.

The room was good in size. Had a view of the bay, garden, and pool. They have a restaurant their that was reasonable cost and the food was great. The staff was very polite. Easy check in. This worked out great as it was very close to our tour meeting point.

We had the new cabin. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed even a BBQ. It was the first time for us staying at a caravan park and we definitely would do it again. The pool area was nice and quiet. The amnities were also very good. Great foodtrucks.! The lady on the reception was very friendly!

The staff was absolutely amazing. We were scammed with our booked accommodation and had no accommodation during the July holidays. We took a chance to see whether Reef gateway hotel could accommodate us the night before our booking with them. They were really busy but the lovely staff made it happen. We will be forever grateful. I really like the laundry facilities as well.
