Comfortable room / room serviced / enjoyed the convenience of having the restaurant close - excellent food & staff

We stayed on room only basis. The room was large enough for our needs. Quite surroundings, swimming pool was cool and the jacuzzi warm. Really enjoyed our stay and will be returning in a few weeks.

Was a really comfortable stay, wasn't expecting all the free drinks and also 20% off at the bistro, great little welcome! Even though the car park is outside, it feels secure being surrounded by the buildings and a small entrance. Was really impressed by what we got for a reasonable cost.

The staff was very friendly and took care of us. We spend great time thank you.

It was amazing getting an upgrade. It was very much appreciated

Well priced, convenient, clean

What a diamond in the rough. I love this place. It can use a bit of an overhaul, but everything works, there's loads of room, great location, sweet staff. I don't understand why it is not the most popular place in the area

Nice, clean, spa smell very soothing. Suite is huge for 4 ppl, have TV and aircon. Friendly staff?

Good space room was very clean and Bed was very comfy

Very clean and modern. Our room was very cozy and had everything laid out perfectly. Staff were great. A really pleasant stay

furniture looks elegant. The location makes the hotel very convenient to catch a bus just near the gate of it.

Loved our stay there. The rooms are really big and comfortable. Near a lot of shops and restaurants. Great location on chapel street, easy access to train station and the city. Staff was really friendly and helpful at all times.

Very well designed and thoughtful.

View, bed, staff and the balcony

From arrival to departure everything was great - we loved our room, access was good and the little restaurant was perfect.

Location was perfect, moved the beach being close and easy access to transport

I like this hotel that is very near from the the most famous shopping Mall.

A walk from Prahran Market, Chapel Street, Woolies, Coles, and the train station. The room was spacious, quiet, and having a kitchenette in the room was a huge bonus for our stay.

Great! Everything is great! Thank you so much!

We stayed 2 nights. They came in to make up our room, they saw we had food and put a microwave in our room. Very thoughtful of them. Nice clean room. Highly recommend!
