The hotel itself exceeded my expectations as a building, but what truly cemented this stay as such a pleasant memory was the staff. In particular, there was a young man whose name I sadly can’t recall, but I remember he had spent 12 years in Malaysia and Singapore before arriving here. Although he had apparently only been working at the hotel for six months, he showed a level of friendliness and professionalism far beyond what his tenure would suggest. Thanks to him, an already enjoyable stay was made even better. He is the reason I'm writing this review

Excellent location only 500m away from the airport building. It is a 2 minute walk. Very nice, comfortable rooms with a good-sized TV and good entertainment. The staff was nice and helpful too. The sound insulation is excellent and the rooms are quiet and peaceful. Great blinds on the windows.

We booked this accommodation because of our 6AM flight the next day and it was a really good decision. I'm happy we were treated so well and everything exceeded our expectations even though it was the end of our fantastic Australian holidays. The staff (reception, waiters, shuttle bus driver) were fantastic - so accommodating and professional. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Big shout out to the free cot that was well made for our baby (in most accommodations they asked us to pay 20 - 25 AUD per night). Also, the free shuttle bus was exactly what we needed. It goes every 15 minutes 24 hours a day. Excellent service. And finally - the dinner at the restaurant totally exceeded our expectations. Food was delicious, service was excellent and everything on the kids menu was for free (like WHAT?). Thank you.

Friendly staff and the room was nice and clean. Also loved that the hotel was attached to a pub, which made it a great option for dinner with our kids after a long drive from Adelaide. The pub had a play area for the kids to. Very family friendly.

Close to Tullamarine airport, but without the noise of the comings and goings of airport hotels. Reception was very friendly, rooms very clean, beds super comfortable and the food very nice.
