We loved everything about our stay. We had a family room. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff were amazing and so friendly! I thought it was going to be loud as our room was near the main road and being a Saturday night. But it wasn't at all. The pool was fantastic! We will definitely be staying again next time we come to town.

Everything was available to use. Pool was absolutely bonus and the kids spent most the time in the pool as it was very hot. Pool toys included. Clean house.

Ipswich is a beautiful town full of heritage homes and buildings, and with a very good selection of cafes, restaurants and shops. Check out Rafter & Rose (breakfast is great!), antiques, and walks along the Bremer River.

Pleasant walkable city with oodles of European settler history. Beautiful heritage buildings presented with obvious pride and a vibrant information brochure full of ideas on how to enjoy the city! We loved our Indian meal in an old Bank building. The Brisbane Valley Rail Trail is a really amazing asesé for the Somerset region, with the trail starting or finishing in Wulkaraka a suburb of Ipswich; Ipswich should be proud of being able to showcase the area’s natural beauty with the BRVT!

Ipswich is steeped in History, being the original choice for the Capital of the new State of Queensland in 1859. The depth of the Bremer River was seen as an impediment for shipping, so Brisbane became the Capital. Queens Park is an Oasis in the centre of the City and includes an animal enclosure with a walk through, fu;; flight Aviary. The City has a proud Rail and Coal Mining past. The Ipswich Rail Museum should be on any visitors itinerary.

I used to live in Ipswich many years ago and I am always happy to return with my family and friends as time allows. Although it’s a city, it doesn’t have all the hustle of the bigger cities. The town Parks and Gardens are a credit to all who maintain them. DRH

Ipswich in December is horribly hot and humid for cool weather people. But the shopping centers are huge and lots of fun. I booked a click and collect order from Tasmania for all our family Christmas needs and it made life so easy. The roads seemed very convoluted to travel about the city but the Christmas lights were pretty as the tree lined streets. Found some neat restaurants of diverse origins.

I was there for my granddaughters NY Dance company end of year dance performances at the Civic Centre. There is so much to do & see in Ipswich & surroundings. You will not be disappointed for what interests you. With so many wonderful restaurants & family activities to visit

The hotel’s location was walking distance to shops and cafes. Basement parking was good. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms had all facilities and were clean. The pool was fantastic overlooking the cathedral. We used the pool BBQ facilities and they were great. Gym was good. Hotel beside the rail line but we didn’t hear the trains.

Friendly Staff. Helpful and accommodating for the situation following the Cyclone. Nice large room. Internet tv options. Close to Sporting Club for a beer after work or meal at night. Close to highway to head into city. Close to the township of Ipswich. Parking directly outside of Room door.

The location, central to Ipswich. Very friendly, helpful, chatty house staff. The room was a good size. Even though not accessible, doorway wide enough for manual chair only a small rise to get into room, space to move chair in room. Bathroom was not accessible unless double bed moved.

I like everything about Quest Ipswich. It is the second time we have stayed there and I won't stay anywhere else. The room is always clean. The staff are polite and easy to talk to. The location is very quiet and easy to get around town from there.
