The location and access to the hotel facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. We came without our daughter and have flagged it as a good place to stay with her if we come back to Melbourne. It has a great playground in the hotel.

Peaceful location. Great cottage with plenty of room for 2 people. Well furnished and the 2 electric heaters kept the whole cottage warm. The owners had put the heaters on before we got there, so the cottage was nice and warm when we arrived. Well equipped kitchen and full size fridge. Carpeted throughout (except bathroom & kitchen of course). Good size TV. Walk in wardrobe, so plenty of space for clothes, suitcases etc. Bed was firm but comfortable and the pillows were really good. Small laundry in bathroom as well. Shampoo, Conditioner & body wash supplied in shower. Good parking area that was well lit at night by sensor lighting.

Green and sereen home in western suburbs features air-conditioned accommodations in Truganina. Both free Wifi and parking on-site are accessible at the homestay free of charge.

Everything that was mentioned on the web site for this stay was true. So many times, I have felt disappointed when arriving to find the property lacking what is promoted. With this stay everything was exactly how it was shown when booking.
