United KingdomWe only stayed for one night as we were travelling up to Mansfield the next day but the apartment was very good, 20mins from airport and easy to find. The amount of facilities inside was amazing, loads of plates, cups etc, air fryer and 5 irons!! Bread and milk was there for us even though we didn’t actually need it, also tea, coffee, sugar etc
Would definitely recommend this apartment for either a short or longer stay

AustraliaRestaurant wasnt finished yet, went to a cafe 5 mins walk away. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable, shower was good. Room was quiet even with lot of traffic on main road. Lucky to be one of the first to stay there

We were only there to visit family and the Best Western...
We were only there to visit family and the Best Western Motel is central to it, we didn't visit any other part of Morang apart from La Porchetta for dinner on Christmas eve! Excellent meal, efficient service even though the restaurant was extremely busy!

The receptionist was to busy talking to their manager and left me waiting for 10 mins before getting off the phone so we could book in
The add says that there is a complementary bottle of wine or champagne on arrival, as well as bottle water supplied. The milk was in capsules the size of thimbles, and only 8 at a time. Must say though the cleaning staff did a great job in serious room everyday. They were pleasant and made sure the room was re-stocked each day and the linen was changed

We booked 1 night in a family deluxe room and a family room...
We booked 1 night in a family deluxe room and a family room through Booking.com. Big western called us to change our booking to 2 family rooms. We were fine with that. Upon check in we paid $183. (thinking that was for both rooms) She then said we need to pay $137 for the other room. (2 transactions) she said she has to charge us for our original booking through Booking.com, the deluxe and family room. We argued for ages that we should only be paying for 2 family rooms and that they changed our booking, not us! Very frustrating! Not only do I feel we were ripped off, I know we were ripped off! She’s a fast talker the Asian lady in reception! Others be warned!

Takeaway, restaurants and service station very close by.
DFO shopping close too.
We would certainly stay again.
Front garden a little sad.

The location is very close to the train station, shopping places, and take away food places. WiFi was good, pretty decent. It's what you can expect from a Motel, it's not a Hotel.

It was perfect for us on the northern outskirts with close access to South Morang station to get into the city and MCG.
