AustraliaObviously the owners are doing it hard. Everything lacked maintenance, the bed was old, creaky, mattress hard and you could feel the springs. The pillows were disgusting, we had to go and buy our own. The sheets were grubby and had holes. The lighting from the carpark was an accident waiting to happen, either non existent or not working. We had to fix the sensor light near the door so we could see to get in!
