Very friendly, even though it was a very late check in staff were very pleasant and accomodating. The standard of the room was exceptional and the bed very comfortable 😴

The facilities were beautiful! Loved how it’s a little hidden gem that has a hotel, bistro, and bar all in one place. Very close to the shopping centres. Bistro staff Vicki was so lovely! free laundry on the same floor as the rooms, rooms were very clean and very modern looking too. Smart tv was a hit. The aircon was amazing will definitely stay again

Combines the vicinity of Melbourne CBD (just a few stops with the free tram) and the silence and calm of the Docklands. Very spacious room with generously equipped facilities of a serviced apartment (kitchen, etc...)

Superbly located close to Melbourne Airport and the complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was fantastic. Room was beautiful with a big bath and walking-in shower, and the beds were really comfortable. Staff at reception and in the restaurant were top notch, and for a hotel, the restaurant food was good quality and very fairly priced compared to restaurants In Melbourne CBD. Highly recommended.

The food available was really good, and the location was great. Once we found out how easy the trams were, it was so convenient to get around. We’d definitely stay again.

The reception staff were absolutely amazing, deserving of a pay rise, really made our stay there wonderful, customer service 10/10

Perfect for our one night stay in Melbourne, has everything you need, very spacious room and the bed was fantastic!

We had a 1am check in after a long flight which most places don't do. We were exhausted and I was expecting a horrible sleep in a hard bed which you find with most accommodation. The bed in our room was extremely comfortable. A great sleep between long interconnecting flights was amazing. We had trouble with our TV but it was fixed as soon as we told them. Great service. Would definately stay again.

Impeccably renovated and very spacious.

GREAT PLACE!! I like the facilities that over by type of chain hotels. We don’t have to worry to bring everything because they’ll provide to us like: bath robe, slippers, toiletries (I like their smell); but except tooth brush of course. I had a VERY NICE SHOWER there. The hotel also near Mosque so my son very happy 😊

It was just upstairs from the function I was attending.

The location was excellent, right by the QV market and next to tram stop within the free tram zone. The room was small but fully equipped with everything you need and very clean.

Good helpful staff..Easy to eat at the bistro(delicious and affordable food) and option to gamble if you like it.Bkf was on the go with little prepared take away box.
