The room is immaculate! The price is exceptional! The service on late arrival was welcoming and warm! Thus heritage hotel is very charming! The shower was amazing! I will be staying here more often! Perfect place to stay in country Victoria to relax unwind or stop for the night! The heater was so warm! Couldn't ask for more in a charming room stay! A must visit for travellers! Pet friendly too!

We got back from Lake Tyrell at about 7.45 pm, with clothes covered in salt, and the hospitality staff were very accommodating in allowing us to order dinner, and then gave us time to have a shower and become comfortable before serving dinner. This was very much appreciated.

Clean, good value and exactly what is needed/expected for a road trip stay. Found the self check-in to be very convenient as took away the worry about arriving at a certain time to pick up a room key. Some reviewers point out road noise - if you are doing the Silo Trail or walking out onto Lake Tyrell then you should have no problem sleeping afterwards - need to manage your expectations here and apply a level of common sense, this is a Motel after all - you don't complain about seagulls when you go to a beach.
