Good location, parking lot, excellent staff and not pricy restaurant/caffe bar. Rooms are really big, entire apartment with two bedrooms and everything you need is there.

Everything was good nice staff and the room's was very clean.The staf was very helpfilul. Very very good location you need to walk 500 to go in the subway or to take the train. And it was good value not very expensive.

Decent size of the room, great fitness, sauna and steam room. Good breakfast. Hotel located near the center and shopping malls

With the exception of the bathroom and the door, the room was lovely. Clean and comfortable. Softest beds we found in BiH. Air-conditioning worked great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Close enough to airport you can walk if needed but staff helped to call a taxi for us. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Everything was great. I travel a lot for work and was a good experience. The boy and girl at the reception were very polite people. During check-out, Hanna was very cooperative and helpful. No bureaucracy.
