Our stay at Zlatna Koliba on Prokosko jezero was unforgettable, not only because of the incredibly stunning mountain views, but also because of the warmth of the family who hosted us. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed like old friends. The homemade food, from pita, krompir/meso ispod saca, fresh veggies straight from the garden to homemade bread and pekmez, was absolutely amazing. The cabin itself was rustic and cozy and had an incredible view of the lake. If you're looking to feel at home in the mountains surrounded by beautiful nature, crisp mountain air and kind and welcoming people, Zlatna Koliba is the place .

Great location, exceptional host, conveniently located, comfortable, fairly quiet and a solid choice for a downtown experience. The properties are a very short walking distance to downtown, local market, bakery, stores and restaurants. It was an affordable stay for our group, and we look forward to staying here again!

We didn’t expect to get an entire summer cottage to ourselves! Maybe we didn’t pay enough attention to the pictures, but the accommodation definitely exceeded our expectations. The reception was very pleasant, and we were welcomed with Bosnian beer. The cottage has an excellent terrace where we spent the evening playing cards. There is a beach nearby, and the accommodation is a great starting point for a pleasant walk around the lake and through the local orchards. The place was very clean and offered free parking.
