Great location in the heart of the downtown. The staff provided excellent service start-to-finish. Zakir at the front desk provided great information as I planned my visit in and around Sylhet, and helped me find a rental car with driver at a very reasonable rate for an excursion out of town to the Ratargul Swamp Forest. My room was crisp, clean, and very comfortable, with a stunning view over the city. I had an excellent stay at Royal Mark and would gladly return on my next visit to Sylhet.

I came to Bangladesh after searching a lot and found Jatra Flagship Sylhet. I really like their service and experience. They both serve there and you will find both of them all the time. They gave me an umbrella and a pair of slippers as I couldn't go out for which I really liked. You can stay here if you come to Sylhet. But finding their hotel is a little difficult, if you go through google location it will be easy. Other than that everything is very good.

Our entire experience was wonderful, the staff was very helpful and complied with all of our requests; the rooms were clean and we were welcomed with fruits and a beautiful view of fish swimming in a pond. The room was a good temperature when we entered and the AC was very nice and easily controllable. We had a good nights rest and enjoyed the wide assortment of food for breakfast. We ordered dinner from their restaurant and it was delivered straight to our rooms, which we enjoyed as well.

This is our second time staying at Hotel Noorjahan Grand and I must say, we are coming back here again whenever we are visiting Sylhet in the future. The rooms have very comfortable beds, great air conditioning and other amenities required for a comfortable stay. They have a wide array of food choices and all taste fantastic! I have rarely encountered hotels in Bangladesh that can do justice to different cuisines. But Noorjahan's kitchen is indeed doing an incredible job! The location is very central and the staff are extremely helpful. All of these come at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
