Great location in the heart of the downtown. The staff provided excellent service start-to-finish. Zakir at the front desk provided great information as I planned my visit in and around Sylhet, and helped me find a rental car with driver at a very reasonable rate for an excursion out of town to the Ratargul Swamp Forest. My room was crisp, clean, and very comfortable, with a stunning view over the city. I had an excellent stay at Royal Mark and would gladly return on my next visit to Sylhet.

I was very worried at first about how the hotel would be. But after visiting the hotel I liked it a lot. I got exactly what I wanted. I have requested my friend to stay in this hotel when they come to Sylhet, because I like their service very much. I used to come to the hotel after many nights, they always opened the gate for me, I annoyed them a lot, but they always gave me service. I like the fact that they never get bored. Especially Asad bhai, he used to stay up till night just for me, I actually used to open the gate for me. I got a very good experience from here. Thank you Jatra🥰

Our entire experience was wonderful, the staff was very helpful and complied with all of our requests; the rooms were clean and we were welcomed with fruits and a beautiful view of fish swimming in a pond. The room was a good temperature when we entered and the AC was very nice and easily controllable. We had a good nights rest and enjoyed the wide assortment of food for breakfast. We ordered dinner from their restaurant and it was delivered straight to our rooms, which we enjoyed as well.
