Akbar's friendliness and helpfulness made my experience truly exceptional. He went above and beyond to assist me during my stay, and his warm and welcoming demeanor left a lasting impression. I highly appreciate his outstanding service and would recommend this hotel, thanks to Akbar's exceptional hospitality.

I lived in JatraFlexship Sylhet few days ago. I like their environment, they are very clean and tidy. Everything is fine with the room rent they charge. Asad is always ready to provide service, even after I have annoyed him, he has no problem saying it with a smile sir😊😊. I especially like Asad usage,, I will go again 🧡🧡

I stayed long term a couple of times and have tried many of the rooms. Whether I was in the King's Suite or a budget single room, every room was equipped with everything one needs and the staff was always amazing and willing to go out of the way to accommodate anything extra. Being a foreigner and not really knowing the area everyone from management to the housekeeping staff took special care of me. Faruk the restaurant supervisor always made sure to take my orders and make sure the kitchen understood what I wanted. Marhab and everyone from reception were super professional and ready to assist with arrangements for anything; Be it a car, a tour guide, or if you need someone to go grab you cigarettes or things from the pharmacy, they will make it happen for you. When I went out for tea down the street in the middle of the night they even called the gaurd and had him keep an eye on me. Although he was trying to be discreet, I noticed, and I thought it was very caring of them. Management was also willing to negotiate my rate which was great as I stayed (on and off) over a month with them. When it comes to service, professionality and spirit of hospitality Noorjahan gets an A+. As far as facilities, the restaurant is as good as you'll find in Sylhet and the terrace and rooftop pool offer great views of the city. The plants are also amazingly kept and the entire rooftop including the restaurant and pool are great places for people who like to take pics for social media. With the restaurant, the terrace and cafe and the infinity pool, Noorjahan seemed to be a very hip spot for locals to come hang out. On the terraces and at the pool they play cool modern music and I always enjoyed the atmosphere. This being the case though the elevators were always packed. Between guests, room service, house keeping and then all the people coming only for the rooftop, the elevators were always busier than I would have liked.

    It matters, when you plan to visit, we could not roam around...

    It matters, when you plan to visit, we could not roam around due to severe flood. But in winter you can enjoy many places, specially tea garden and Shada Pathor or Ratargul Swamp forest. Sylhet is also a historical place, so get some idea before planning.

    Sylhet is fantastic for nature lovers.

    Sylhet is fantastic for nature lovers. It has got scenic beauty and a variety of landscapes. A one-week plan would be the best but 4 days can be tightly okay. Places recommended are Jaflong, Khashia Palli, Lalakhal, Bholagonj Shada Pathor, Ratargul, Parjatan Motel, Adventure Park, Malnichara Tea Estate, Shrine of Hazrat Shah Jalal (r), Khadimnagar Reserve Forest, Noorjahan Tea Garden, Baikka Beel, Sreemanagal Tea Garden, Lauwachhara Reserve Forest, Madhabkundo Waterfall, Old Bridge, etc. There are many eateries including Panshi and Panch Bhai.

    As frequent traveller Grand Sylhet really exceeded my expectations with great facilities, dining and great customer service, the hotel staff went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome! Also great location very close to airport and only 10 mins away from Sylhet central so you can easily do your shopping or eat out with great choice of restaurants in Sylhet. Highly recommended!

    I stayed one night at Sylhet Paradise Inn and had a very good experience. The luxury room was clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. The food quality was up to the mark, and everything was fresh and tasty. Breakfast was superb with a good selection and great service. I enjoyed the swimming pool, it was clean and relaxing. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and made the stay more pleasant. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Sylhet. I would love to come back again.
