I am an Italian citizen, I booked a room at Hotel Flagship Sylhet from Italy. I wanted to go to the country and live in a place where I could live on my own terms. I was very worried at first about how the hotel would be. But after visiting the hotel I liked it a lot. I got exactly what I wanted. I have requested my friend to stay in this hotel when they come to Sylhet, because I like their service very much. I used to come to the hotel after many nights, they always opened the gate for me, I annoyed them a lot, but they always gave me service. I like the fact that they never get bored. Especially Asad bhai, he used to stay up till night just for me, I actually used to open the gate for me. I got a very good experience from here. Thank you Jatra🥰

The hotel's environment was very comfortable and clean. The rooms were peaceful, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The quality of the food was excellent, and the waiters and other staff were very polite and helpful. The manager(Marhab vaiya)❤️ was also very professional and friendly. It was a fantastic experience, and I would love to come back here again.

We were booked around 6 pm. They immediately called and confirmed our booking. When we reached the hotel they also upgraded our room as my booked one was full. Then they also provided a complimentary fruit basket. The room was well-furnished, clean, and tidy. They also provide all necessary needs. Considering the price, this hotel is really value for money. They also provided a complimentary buffet breakfast. Although the items are not much and very basic, it is really awesome to have.

    It matters, when you plan to visit, we could not roam around...

    It matters, when you plan to visit, we could not roam around due to severe flood. But in winter you can enjoy many places, specially tea garden and Shada Pathor or Ratargul Swamp forest. Sylhet is also a historical place, so get some idea before planning.

    Sylhet is fantastic for nature lovers. It has got scenic beauty and a variety of landscapes. A one-week plan would be the best but 4 days can be tightly okay. Places recommended are Jaflong, Khashia Palli, Lalakhal, Bholagonj Shada Pathor, Ratargul, Parjatan Motel, Adventure Park, Malnichara Tea Estate, Shrine of Hazrat Shah Jalal (r), Khadimnagar Reserve Forest, Noorjahan Tea Garden, Baikka Beel, Sreemanagal Tea Garden, Lauwachhara Reserve Forest, Madhabkundo Waterfall, Old Bridge, etc. There are many eateries including Panshi and Panch Bhai.

    As frequent traveller Grand Sylhet really exceeded my expectations with great facilities, dining and great customer service, the hotel staff went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome! Also great location very close to airport and only 10 mins away from Sylhet central so you can easily do your shopping or eat out with great choice of restaurants in Sylhet. Highly recommended!

    I stayed one night at Sylhet Paradise Inn and had a very good experience. The luxury room was clean, comfortable, and well-decorated. The food quality was up to the mark, and everything was fresh and tasty. Breakfast was superb with a good selection and great service. I enjoyed the swimming pool, it was clean and relaxing. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and made the stay more pleasant. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Sylhet. I would love to come back again.
