It was great. The apartment had everything I needed and the staff is really kind.

It’s near Malmedy (15 minute drive), rooms are fitted with the minimum commodities but clean and comfortable

Easy to find in a small village. The staff are friendly and polite, and speak good English. The rooms are very large, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The restaurant serves very good food at a reasonable price and is very popular with the locals.

The view and the quality of the room in terms of design, cleanliness, and furniture. Very comfortable bed!

Location was perfect. Near spa

Such a nice place in a peaceful location with a good service. Hotel lays in the middle of forest, couldn't be closer to the nature. What's more swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and lot of other attractions are included in the price. Perfect place for long weekend for the whole family and for a couple too. We'll come back with a pleasure!

The location closet to Market square with Café and close (walk) to supermarket. Free parking.

Owners were extremely kind and understanding, even when we arrived later then expected. Rooms were spacious and clean. breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely recommend!

This hotel is a true family style hotel. Very nice and welcoming staff, very good food and very comfy room! This place is definitely a nice hideaway from the busy city life where you come to rest and charge again.

We had a fantastic stay at DER Hirsch Hotel and would gladly return. The breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious, with plenty of fresh options every morning. During our stay, we experienced unusually hot weather, and the staff kindly offered us a fan, which truly saved us and made our room much more comfortable. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture. A special thank you to the young gentleman working at the hotel. He did everything possible to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a real difference. Highly recommended! We would happily stay here again.
