I liked the cleanness of the hotel and surrounding areas. Easy to get to, friendly helpful staff. Great breakfast options too.

The place was comfort and the staff really nice 😅

Super friendly staff, we arrived by car and the staff was already waiting for us outside to prepare to park the car inside. The staff received us super well, the night person spoke our language and was a nice person.

Everything is excellent customer service

Near the South station, big rooms, reception open 24 hours, luggage storage, friendly staff.

We had a great stay at Hotel Van Belle. The room was spotless and clearly well-maintained. It was modern, comfortable and quiet, making it easy to relax after a day out exploring the city. We didn’t have breakfast during our stay, so I can’t comment on the food, but the overall atmosphere of the hotel’s common areas was warm and welcoming. The staff truly stood out, friendly, professional and always willing to help. They are definitely an asset to the hotel and contributed to making our stay smooth and enjoyable. In terms of location, the hotel is well-situated. It’s about a 15-minute walk to both the city centre and the Bruxelles Midi train station, which made it easy for us to get around. I would happily stay here again and recommend Hotel Van Belle to anyone visiting Brussels.

The best hotel I stayed in Brussels, in the Midi train station....you can enter the hotel from inside the station...if you are coming from Amsterdam or Paris in train and want to go around Belgium, is the perfect place to be. You can go to centrum from there too. Spacious room, wonderful bed and shower. And the breakfast, spechless.

Close to train station. Very helpful happy staff. Very good breakfast

Good location if u wanna reach from the airport, very clean and comfortable room🥰

Very good location, right across from the train station. The room was clean. Many thanks to the staff for helping us with secure parking and for keeping my luggage for two days until I returned from London. Highly recommended!

Numa was a great stay, for a young couple, we found it very digital, the WhatsApp communication was very easy, we think this place is literally an EXCELLENT stay. One of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!

Location, wide bedroom and very comfortable

We really appreciated the fact that even though we had to take over the room at 3 pm they understood that we were tired after a long flight and gave us the room at 10 am without any extra cost. Congratulations!! Thank you very much!!
