You arrive quite late and last minute the host was very welcoming and very kindly organised food for us to be delivered. It’s a quirky place very charming not in the centre but it was fine for what we needed which was just a cozy bed and some food!

Staff were super friendly. Walkable to the city centre and bus right across the road to train station. Room was clean and spacious.

The host was so helpful and accommodating. He was available to help and answer any questions I had. The location was great too as it was only a few minutes walk from the station. The room was cozy and peaceful

The decoration of the room, it was calm and its location near from the castel of Gent

The peace and quiet. No noise from outside and I didn’t hear other guests at all. It is very accessible for central Ghent. It is on a tram line so I came from the station in 15/20 mins without issue.

Hotel was great, it's next to the canal and has really cosy/quiet atmosphere. We visited a few different hotels during our trip in Europe with my family and everyone was in the same opinion that this one was the best. Breakfast was so delicious, had lots of options in buffet and Turkish touch made it better I guess :) For parking the car; there is city parking space in front of hotel if you can find a place but i heard it charges per hour and was expensive. There is one other parking option like 5 min walking, i guess it was 20€ per day. Also mr. Şeref has private parking space which i parked my car for 15€ per day, it was 10 minute walking distance but it's really small so you might not find it available always. I would suggest to go to hotel with your car, you can leave your car for a few minutes in front, checkin and get suggestion from reception. All staff was so nice but special thanks to Mr. Şeref and his wife, they were so kind and helpful with everything.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, clean rooms

the location of the hotel. the comfort of the room.and the friendliness of the staff

We had an enjoyable stay at Addagio, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast hearthy and the room had everything we needed. The kids said that we should come back again to the same location :)

Everything was great Very comfortable beds

Perfect location for walking around and also surprisingly easy to get to by car. Secure parking. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. The room was huge and clean, and had a comfortable bed. Separate shower and bath.

The staff is very helpful. The hotel is in a good location. The hotel's food & bar area is better than I expected.

Secure parking for the motorcycles .The rooms were very clean the bed was very comfortable The staff on reception were very helpful and efficient and were able to answer all questions about the area .we only had breakfast at the hotel which was excellent somegthing there to suit all taste's. I would highly recommend Castelnou Aparthotel.

Breakfast out of our budget at €25 each and we only have small cereal in England. So I cannot comment how good the breakfast was, as I did not see what was prepared for the clients.

Proximity to Flanders Expo (where we had the event) and proximity to tram station are very good.

The hostess was warm, so warm I felt compelled to hug her. We had a beautiful apartment and while the stairs were a little bit, tough on my husband for a moment the Wheelchair access once he was in the room was phenomenal. The beds were super comfortable and sober the pillows, very important! Breakfast was delicious, so much food and so much attention to detail everything fresh and crisp. Parking was free and easy and in the morning we had an amazing walk in the forest.

Situated in small village, quiet, located centrally to visit Bruxelles, Anvers, Brugges, sea,, Gand, and south Netherlands. Great qualitative renovation job of an old station in a modern, industrial, technical and eco-friendly way. Owners friendly. Practical, cosy and big shared kitchen and living room (in addition to kitchen corner in room). Delicious smells in the whole building. sink, fridge, dishes, microwave in the room. Big bathroom, big shower, soap, shampoo, ... Individual confortable beds (can work for double or twin), we had a 3-bed room (there's only one like this) Dishes and drinks available from vending machine. Breakfast upon request (not tested) You can walk to the village center (butcher, bakery, hairdresser...)

Superb location near the city center, very clean, well-equipped, staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is fantastic, with amazing attention to details. Possibly the best hotel experience ever

Spacious, clean, comfortable, good beds, excellent breakfast buffet, very friendly staff, it was lovely!

Close to City Centre and still very calm and quiet in the room. Great breakfast!

Great Location, excellent room!

Every single thing was 10/10. Amenities, location, shower, bed, balcony, interior design, and price. If I return to Gent, Kaffee Changé is the only place I would stay. I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Cosy, clean, warm, positive energy
