We really enjoyed the accommodation. You feel like in a fairytale - the room is full of quirky design elements, contributing to the magical atmosphere. Every detail was thought through, and there were a lot of Easter eggs to uncover. The room was a bit thight for a tall person, but for one night it was totally fine. And the breakfast was amazing! All bio Belgian products.

The property had a full spa, a nice bar, and a great restaurant. I opted for half-board, so dinner was included. It was a very nice meal with outstanding service. The staff was very friendly and helpful in all parts of the hotel.

The room exceeded expectations. Even though it is in a small and old 'city', Hotel Des Comtes perfectly encapsulates the warm coziness of an old town yet still balances it with modern touches. The room was super comfortable with toasty beds. The bathroom was more modern. The room is clean throughout. The check in process was very smooth and fast. My kids loved the bunk beds; the breakfast was FANTASTIC, the grounds were beautiful and the playground made the kids so happy. After having not experiencing a very warm reception elsewhere in Belgium, we quickly concluded the Ardennes region, and the staff at Mont-des-Pines in particular, were the friendliest people in our 10 days in the country.

Our final stop on a marvellous hike along the Ourthe. The hotel has a patisserie and bakery. Nice clean and cosy rooms with a large (!) television screen. We stayed on the top floor. Had a breakfast in the morning in the bakery. Homemade jam is recommended. A cup of coffee. And a goodbye. If you need some rest in Hotton. This is where you can stay.

Restaurant on the ground floor was good and lively. At least we liked what we ordered. Large bed and comfortable mattress. Large room with sofa and bathtub. Lift outside the property so you don’t need to go through reception when going to your room. Room seemed renovated.
