The hospitality was exceptional. We arrived very late due to the roads being closed at the Spa F1 race. The hosts made us feel welcome immediately; opened the kitchen for us and ensured we had a decent meal before we went to bed. This is by far the best service we have received. Ever Can highly recommend this establishment

A great place to stay. Owners were wonderful, attentive and helpful. Excellent breakfast provided. Towels and bedding were very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure.

Lovely hotel in a rural location. As a small group of motorcyclists we stayed here while touring. The staff were extremely helpful and even offered to let us put the bikes in their garage. The rooms were all very clean with nice bathrooms and beds are super comfy. Due its rural location we opted to eat in the restaurant in the evening and the food was extremely good and worth the 2 courses for 35 euros price. All the staff spoke good English which helped with our basic GCSE French. The hotel has its own bar with a good selection of local beers, etc.

Both Guido and his wife are friendly hosts, making you feel nothing is too much trouble. The auberge has outdoor seating both front and back of the property, offering sun or shade for a quiet drink of beer. Guido is a marvellous chef, I would be the size of a house if I had stayed longer. I was on a motorbike and was offered the use of their garage for overnight parking.

The staff is very friendly and the food is excellent for both breakfast and dinner. The hotel has a very pleasant garden with trees, flowers and fountains, with plenty reclining chairs to relax. We liked that there are plenty options for kids to play outdoors and indoors. Thanks again to the owners who made everything possible for having a pleasant stay.

Actually I did not stay:-) Due to a misunderstanding I thought I arrived at a closed hotel. After apping the hotel they immediatly offered to return the money, no fuzz, I had it next day!

This is the place to go for peace and quiet.

This is the place to go for peace and quiet. Walking in nature is wonderful! There are tons of hiking trails nearby. You'll need to drive a bit to find a restaurant, but we were prepared for that, so it wasn't a problem. We truly came for the peace and quiet and nature!

A small, picturesque village surrounded by woods, at the foot of Rochehaut, calm and peaceful, with opportunities for walks in the woods, fishing in the Semois river, kayaking, visiting the children's farm, and reaching Rochehaut through the woods (for good walkers and with good equipment).

The village is very small, there are no decent places to eat...

The village is very small, there are no decent places to eat on site, no souvenirs, no attractions.... The most touristy area is Rochehaut, accessible on foot for 900 meters with a 200-meter elevation gain (very difficult), or by car via an 8-kilometer detour.

The location is beautiful and really quiet. The breakfast was impressive: a proper meal to get prepared for a long hike. The host was friendly and helped us to find our way around Frahan especially considering we arrived quite late and we would have had trouble fixing dinner otherwise. All in all it was quite a nice vacation
