Modern design, temperature, super comfortable beds, location, staff at the reception (a young lady) was very helpful, efficient, professional and nice. Hotel is 24 hours open, very convenient. Well located, plenty of restaurants and bars around. It seems that the hotel restaurant is good because it was full of people but we did not try it. Good value for money.

Third time we have stayed here. Perfect stay. Paid cheap parking on the door step, easy check in and excellent facilities. Excellent breakfast and really friendly staff.

Staff were really hospitable, and the breakfast was lovely. They are a very welcoming team. Room clean and spacious, with fresh water supplied in a mini fridge.

Design, kind and helpful staff

This was a short but pleasant stay for us. The staff were nice and helpful at all times. Breakfast was included and it was great.

Our room was beautifully decorated & furnished, spacious and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised with a great breakfast included in the price, also including custom cooked omelettes. The location was very central near cafes and restaurants and attractions.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable quiet rooms, fantastic breakfast and pool

It has been a while since I had a breakfast that good in a hotel (variety, quality). Walking distance to city center, clean, friendly discreet staff. Can stay here and enjoy holiday in Lille, Bruges and Gent (all closer than 1 hour drive).

For sure the best hotel in the large area around Kortrijk. Absolutely to be recommended.

Such a warm and welcoming establishment. Each room is uniquely designe. Veerle is such an accommodating and resourceful hostess. We highly recommend taking the breakfast option.
