On arrival the staff were very welcoming and patient with our lack of French and helped us with directions to Lille and things to do in the surrounding area. The room was clean and everything worked a treat. Breakfast was great and 9.50€ is a good price for a buffet style with bread, croissants, pain au chocolat and cereals amongst other food.

After being let down by my original hotel, with no notice & paid for 4 weeks earlier, this was booked at very short notice. Friendly staff member who helped carry my things to the room. Room very comfortable & good choices for breakfast. Dog friendly!

Good for an overnight stop on the way back from Germany to England.

Absolutely short notice booking, and even arriving later than the checkin times, the staff waited for me and saw that my check in was super fast and easy. Breakfast was super good and, in general, nothing short pf exceptional!

Room was very good . Clean and comfortable. Parking was very good.

Staff were really hospitable, and the breakfast was lovely. They are a very welcoming team. Room clean and spacious, with fresh water supplied in a mini fridge.

The hotel is very nice. The breakfast is wonderful. The location is excellent.

It has been a while since I had a breakfast that good in a hotel (variety, quality). Walking distance to city center, clean, friendly discreet staff. Can stay here and enjoy holiday in Lille, Bruges and Gent (all closer than 1 hour drive).

Third time we have stayed here. Perfect stay. Paid cheap parking on the door step, easy check in and excellent facilities. Excellent breakfast and really friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable quiet rooms, fantastic breakfast and pool

Modern design, temperature, super comfortable beds, location, staff at the reception (a young lady) was very helpful, efficient, professional and nice. Hotel is 24 hours open, very convenient. Well located, plenty of restaurants and bars around. It seems that the hotel restaurant is good because it was full of people but we did not try it. Good value for money.

Our room was beautifully decorated & furnished, spacious and very clean. We were pleasantly surprised with a great breakfast included in the price, also including custom cooked omelettes. The location was very central near cafes and restaurants and attractions.
