I don't understand the negative reviews. The room is very good. The location is great, the hotel itself is very good. Nearby, here's a great restaurant and a fountain with lighting , very atmospheric. Large parking . We liked everything. We were there at the end of October. We will definitely return to this hotel.

The staff at reception were nice and straightforward. The hotel is modern and clean. It was really nice to stay in a small hotel with such few rooms with that level of quality. Breakfast was very good for the price (only 10€) in a really nice spot. We didn’t get to eat at the restaurant but it did smell amazing.

The location and view are amazing. Our room looked right out over the valley and the restaurant outside on a warm day/evening is popular for good reason. The food was exceptional and the staff freindly and welcoming. The room was comfortable with a good shower.

The host was extremely nice and accomodating. Despite the language barrier, we got all we needed. She even drove us to the nearby wedding venue and to the train station on our last day, which was a great help since the buses were not running on a regular schedule.

If you want to stay in the middle of nowhere (in small village away from the crowd) - this is the place to choose. A modern building with a room on top, well equipped, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast and overall very relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of options for hiking or biking. By car you are close to many attractions in the area, including abbeys, Dinant, Chimay ets.
