United KingdomWe were welcomed by the owner who spoke very good English and gave us a tour of the building. He also gave recommendations for restaurants in the town. The whole building is spotless. The room was very spacious and was well equipped. Very large for a family room, and a bonus having a separate room for the children. It is also a nice touch having a separate communal lounge room with facilities which we used before checking out. Breakfast was lovely with fresh bread and juice, and items freshly baked by the owners. Perfect location to walk into Vielsalm and explore the surrounding area.

Very nice view on the garden, the horses and the forest in the background. Everything was comfortable and it was very nice and cozy to have the pallet heater on in the evening.

NetherlandsThe location and the placey is very cozy and quiet! This is a very old farm house. The part of the house where we stayed has a big chimney. And it was totally worth to purchase woods for it! Nice terrace and big backyard with a field for petanque - nice to play whole family! Trails for hiking are around the corner!
Hosts are very friendly and helpful!
We loved the place and can totally recommended to for an escape from cities' hustle and bustle!

The area is very beautiful and everyone we interacted with...
The area is very beautiful and everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, even though our French isn't very good. There are wonderful hikes and even fishing spots. We went to a brewery called La Tharēe Bière and had a great time. We had dinner at Contes de Salme and I cannot recommend the stonegrill meals enough, so good and so much fun! I recommend going with a car though, I think it would be difficult to get around with public transport and walking.

The Ardennes area is a rural area dotted with small towns...
The Ardennes area is a rural area dotted with small towns and a car is a must to see the area. We went there specifically to see the battlefields of the Battle of the Bulge in World War II and to figure out where my husband's great uncle, who died in the Battle of the Bulge, was buried. We accomplished our objectives. We also visited a quaint but very well done World War II museum in Manhay. Because this area is a resort area, many restaurants are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

It was honestly just fantastic!
It was honestly just fantastic!
Me, my family and our dog went there for a relaxing getaway and this was exactly the vacation we dreamt of so quite a long time. Nature, beautiful Vielsalm and helpful employees did their best to make our stay unforgettable.
I definitely recoomend this place if you're looking to have a pieceful family trip!
Oh, and almost forgot! we've had so much fun in the Aqua area. It's definitely a big plus of this place.

Very nice house at the end of the road in a small Belgian village. Ideal for hiking trips and visiting all the charming villages and towns around.
The host lives in the house next door and met us to hand over the keys.
The house has full kitchen and is very clean, there is a dedicated parking spot next to it.
All in all a very nice place.

Very friendly staff. Organised a safe place for my bicycle. Made special breakfast because I left an hour before official breakfast time. Opened the door at 07.00. Excellent!
Solid meal, with very nice Coupe de la maison.
Hotel is close to the road but all rooms are facing the other way. No noise

The flat is cozy and the kitchen is quite well equipped. Easy to park and the hosts were really friendly. TV has plenty of channels in every language.
