The host was amazing – so welcoming, attentive and always available if we needed anything. We didn’t miss a thing – everything was thoughtfully prepared. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and have already recommended it to all our friends. It’s a fabulous, well-managed spa hotel, and the staff are absolutely lovely. There are plenty of activities for the kids too. One thing that truly impressed us is the hotel’s own ecological farm. The hotel is new, clean and really nice. Staff was very kind and always willing to help. The pool was with perfect temperature for winter outdoor pool 35C. Room 403 has enormous terrace and is maybe the best room in the hotel. Coffee was good at breakfast.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, simple but comfortable room. Good location, everything in Banya is in a few minutes' walk. Nice view from the top floor rooms. The pool was a nice addition.
