We were 13 people - adults and children. Everyone has his own space: 2 living rooms, enough bathrooms, outside space, a pool. The host is really great - if we asked something, he always had solution, we received excellent tips about Bulgaria. The bed were good, water was hot, a kitchen is very good equipped.
