I loved the people of Botswana. At the hotel we were treated with respect by the managers and staff,as well as the other guest. The staff especially Gabriel and Bontle went out of their way to cater to our needs. The staff called us to remind us that the breakfast was ending, so we should not miss out. They kept the place super clean ,especially our rooms. I will definitely recommend the hotel. Breakfast had a variety of choices. The hotel also called a taxi for us wherever we wanted to go. I can't describe the humble manner in which the staff and guest greeted us .They were so helpful .The people of the Republic of Botswana, were just so amazing and extremely helpful

We paid for a small room but since we were staying for a long period, I think they upgraded us to one of their biggest rooms which is the size of an apartment and came with a large balcony. Felt very luxurious. It was also great having the rooftop restaurant so close on the top floor and the free breakfast that came with that. The location of the hotel is also very central.

Not the greatest Breakfast we have had. The whole property was wonderfully well maintained, the rooms cleanliness was incredible, the staff over all were always willing to help, sort out issues, if any. The little statues and made up themes were such a wonderful change and fitted in with the whole ambiance. There was one of the ladies in the Restaurant, her name was Natasha, she made up for the below "What didn't you like" extremely helpful, nothing was an issue, but it did take time which was not her fault. The people in Reception were very helpful and professional. The person who was driving the Golf Cart, unless you have more than one, he was of average height, did not get his name, lets just say wow...amazing.

    The people are friendly and lots of activities.

    The people are friendly and lots of activities. The food was good however things are a bit pricey. I was with my friends, we enjoyed the different malls. We also went to Thapong and Park27 for different lifestyles and music genres. However at some areas of Gaborone there were very huge potholes,but easy to get around as we used our own vehicle. But we had a good time because we made friends and family.

    Safe and clean town with friendly people. It's rare to find a place with less crime nowadays. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations for the entire town. Willingness to help stranger from the citizens was overwhelming.

    I was just passing through and it was good for my purpose...

    I was just passing through and it was good for my purpose but the Government has to work on roads, especially the road to Francistown. It had potholes which can be dangerous especially at night. And the lines separating the lanes, hardly visible

    Very clean. Friendly. Safe. An easy landing in Africa, where there can be challenges in some places. Clearly, Botswana has set priorities - and followed through - in allocating resources for public benefit...education, health, and shared infrastructure. A testament to what is possible.

    One of the cleanest cities I have visited.

    One of the cleanest cities I have visited. Although the business centre of Botswana, there are plenty of things to do, from shopping, sightseeing, game reserves, etc. The night life is quite busy, and if you want to go out, even by yourself, it is exceptionally safe, and you will soon make new friends. Using taxis (InDrive) is just a breeze and you will find a driver in no time, so you do not even need your own transport. If you need help, just ask around and the friendly people of Botswana will be very eager to help you.

    I travelled for a business meeting in Gaborone with my collegue. One of the highlights for me was the significant improvement in road traffic around Gaborone. It was a breath of fresh air to see the roads moving swiftly, making it easy to navigate between our accomodation and the business meeting at Cresta President Hotel. Kudos to the Botswana government for enhancing the road infrastructure in Gaborone! We lodged at Rosenia Boutique Hotel and it was delightful! From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, they assisted us with everything we needed.The hotel itself exceeded my expectations. The rooms were super clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. I particularly appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to relax and focus on my work. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gaborone, whether for business or leisure.

    We had an amazing stay at this 3-bedroom self-catering house in Block 6, Gaborone! The location is perfect—close to all major amenities yet in a quiet and safe neighborhood with 24-hour neighborhood watch, which gave us peace of mind. The pool was a fantastic bonus, and my family absolutely loved it! Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, traveling for work, or visiting with family, this place is ideal. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and secure stay!
