I liked the neighborhood it was in - and its proximity to where I needed to be - and easy access into the unit. It was very cozy and comfortable and exceptionally clean.

We had a great experience with the helpful staff at the hotel! On the morning of our departure, it was raining, and we were in a rush to get to the car with our baby. In the hurry, we accidentally took the room cards with us. About an hour later, we realized that and messaged the hotel, saying we would drive back to return the cards. Shortly after, we received a call from the hotel, assuring us that it was fine and there was no need to drive back just to return the cards. Their understanding and prompt response were greatly appreciated. If we go to Hamilton next time, we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.
