friendly staff, big room, fantastic bathroom with accessible shower, toiletries well stocked, big tv easy to use remote and very comfortable beds.

The location was stellar, the beds are luxurious, the blackout curtains work well, and I am a huge fan of the giant tubs and separate showers.

+ spacious apartment well equipped with all necessary amenities. + modern renovation. + easy parking in front of the property

everything! specially the service as they understood we reached early by the morning ferry so once the room was ready they provided us without any hesitation.

Good location just north of downtown off of Douglas st, our room included a water kettle, fridge, microwave, dishes, cutlery etc. Didn't need the extra things but be great for next time.

The food in the restaurant and lounge was suprisingly good. The in-room instant coffee was excellent - I didn't think instant coffee could taste anything but mid.

I love this place... the vibe all around is so lovely... great rooms, great location, good parking, good wifi, good food / drinks on site, nice staff, decor is sweet and it's quiet... I would stay here anytime.

While very dated in design, it gave major 80’s nostalgia and was very well maintained and clean which makes it feel more like a themed retro hotel than just an old one!

The rain shower and that it’s dog friendly. It was also very clean!

Coffee machines in the lobby brew wonderful coffee, latte...free for customers. Quiet because we were able to get a room facing to the backsides where there was not much traffics. Very friendly and helpful staff.
