I will not comment on this. I believe the more you tell others what you liked about the place, the more they will come to visit. Kelowna is way too crowded in the Summer as it is. Lets keep Beautiful.
Our holiday was awesome. Alot of smoke from the wildfires though. We liked seeing the deer. They were amazing. Alot of things to do and see. The go-karts and the mini-golf was entertaining. Just loved to sit have an icecream on the boardwalk and gaze into the lakeview.
Traffic was very busy & reasonably easy enough to get around if we stayed on the east side of the bridge. The traffic was a stand still on the bridge most of the time. Signage could be bigger and placed strategically to let visitors know of up coming turns.
The hotel was a good location in many respects. There was only 1 handy cap parking at the front (the others were at the "staff only" entrance.) The picture in the ad shows the entrance of the OLD section (not mentioning that it is only 2 levels, one in basement) with a lovely new tower in behind. You have no idea that you are booking for the old section. The rooms in the ad show bright rooms or 1 with a dark wall but it had been accentuated with other blue walls. (Ours were all black/grey in the basement.) The key did have to be reprogramed once. We ate at White Spot, 97 Street Pub, Cactus Club & Peaks Winery.
Kelowna is an absolute gem, blessed with breathtaking natural beauty that leaves you in awe. The lush green landscapes, majestic mountains, and crystal-clear lakes make it a haven for nature lovers. Whether you're strolling through picturesque vineyards or hiking along scenic trails, the charm of Kelowna's nature is simply irresistible. The city offers a perfect blend of outdoor adventures and tranquil escapes, ensuring a rejuvenating experience for every visitor. If you're seeking a place to connect with nature and indulge in its wonders, Kelowna is undoubtedly the place to be!
Easy to find places with use of Google Maps. Beautiful downtown river boardwalk and park. Cost of parking very reasonable. Good restaurants and food choices, both downtown and in suburbs. People very friendly, both time we used a map downtown a person saw and offered assistance. We are from Australia, but will return to Canada in the future and Kelowna will be a place to return to. Oops, almost forgot to mention the locally grown fruits sold at roadside stalls, and the great wineries!
This is our favorite place to stay in Kelowna. The Coast Capri is located a short drive or nice walk from downtown restaurants and amenities, it is attractive and nicely renovated, clean, comfortable, safe, has free on-site parking and, best of all, the front desk staff are always friendly, remember us, and give great service.
Newer building so everything seemed up to date. Pretty standard hotel room with all the things you'd need including mini fridge and microwave. Was great having the pool/hot-tub area to relax in after a long day hiking. Location was conveniently close to the intersection of the two highways in Kelowna.
Very nice hotel. Reception was extremely friendly & check in was a breeze. We appreciated our room lights being turned on and the room being warmed up since we arrived at 8pm-very nice touch! We would most definitely stay here again when flying out of the Kelowna airport.
Lovely hotel with everything you'd expect and more...complimentary breakfast; my husband couldn't get enough of it. I'd never book anywhere else in Kelowna, that's for sure. This place has my continued business.
Great location next to main road that takes you to central Kelowna and West Kelowna. Extremely close to cider tasting and vineries. Amazing food selection near hotel. Cheap parking available at the hotel.
The location was wonderful - we parked the car and walked everywhere. Also a very good buffet breakfast which was constantly resupplied. If you are going to Kelowna this is the hotel to pick.
Kelowna
Clean room with nice furnitures. Greatest advantages: parking and very close to downtown Kelowna and to the lake. Hotel is a very good recommendation for a 1-2 day trip to Kelowna.
Kelowna
It was cheaper than other hotels we could find in Kelowna. We didn’t spend much time in the hotel so it was okay. The AC worked very well!
Beautiful view of the city of kelowna and a few minute walk from mountain hike or downtown
