I liked almost everything from the moment we walked in the door. The staff were clearly a team and dedicated to making sure things ran well. More like a family than a staff. The Pub sets the tone, but upstairs is just adorable. It's newly renovated upstairs, and while it was a little DIY, that actually fits the eclectic vibe of a building from 1928. I could not stop bragging about this boutique hotel. Well done. The double room was like having two rooms because the bathroom and kitchenette were between them. Super clean, well cared for.

Stayed only one night. 1) Large enough room with two beds (ground floor) 2) Comfortable mattresses, clean and ironed linens, which is important for a comfortable sleep 3) Mini fridge, availability of coffee maker, complimentary tea, coffee. 4) Basic American breakfast ( 5) Quick check-in and check-out.
